The original image was created by artist Alex Ries and entitled 'Metahuman.' It was published to DeviantArt[1] on March 31st, 2015 (shown below). The image depicts a humanoid alien, the metahuman, looking down upon Birrin, Hexapedal animals, on their homeworld Chriirah, a sci-fi environment.
