Are These the World's Most Crispy Fries? refers to a food review intro from YouTuber Ben Deen (BenDeen) in which he asks the viewer, "Are these the world's most crispy fries?" and then stares at the camera for a prolonged period of time while EDM intro music plays. The video was remixed by multiple video creators who made low-quality and 10-hour versions on YouTube and TikTok.

On December 27th, 2020, YouTuber[1] BenDeen posted a video called "Crispy Fries" in which he poured fries into a bowl and then asked the camera, "Are these the world's most crispy fries? Let's find out." Then, he stared blankly while a copyright-free EDM song played. Over four years, the video received roughly 2.4 million views and 139,000 likes (shown below).

On December 28th, 2020, YouTuber[2] Monstro Chavao posted a low-quality version of BenDeen's intro, receiving over 149,000 views in four years (shown below, left).

On January 17th, 2021, YouTuber[3] Bizzymcbob posted a one-hour version of the video, gaining over 625,000 views in three years (shown below, right).

In mid-2022, many of the YouTube videos were reposted to TikTok,[4] like one upload shared by TikToker[5] @balliindawg43 on July 18th, 2022, which received over 3.7 million plays in two years.

In 2023, increasingly absurd iterations surfaced, like a video shared by YouTuber[6] AFuturePilot on February 8th, 2023, which was extra low-quality, gaining over 59,000 views in one year (shown below, left).

On August 13th, 2023, YouTuber[7] AstroMeteor posted an iteration with no music, earning over 976,900 views in seven months (shown below, right).

On January 29th, 2024, TikToker[8] @balls_productions_inc posted an ironic "Try Not To Change Your PFP" challenge that started with BenDeen's crispy fries stare, earning over 16.3 million plays and 1.9 million likes in two months (shown below).
