This meme originated from the ABC drama "Flashforward", in the fifth episode "Gimme Some Truth", which was broadcast on October 22nd, 2009 in America.
In the episode, FBI agent Mark Benford (Joseph Fiennes) was asked about his flashforward (a glimpse of the future seen by all people in the world during a worldwide blackout) which forms the basis of the FBI investigation. When asked why his vision seems so blurry by his superior, Stanford Wedeck (Courtney B. Vance), Benford replied , "Because I was LOADED, OKAY!?".
