Origin

On August 29th, 2024, TikToker^[1] @cupofcoldwaterr posted a video consisting of an image of the packaging for an erection pill called "Broly Boost" over a Dragon Ball background. The video is captioned, "my immune system getting ready to shut down for taking the Dragon Ball Z Broly rhino capsule (my liver is going to fail). The post gained over 520,000 views in three weeks.

Memes about taking the Broly Boost rhino pills became increasingly popularized over the course of late August and September 2024. On September 12th, 2024, TikToker^[2] @meech_scales posted a video in which he warns viewers not to take the Broly Boost because it will give you "unimaginable power," garnering over 615,000 views in four days.

That same day, TikToker^[3] @joebro909 posted a skit in which he accidentally takes Broly Boost as a pre-workout supplement, garnering over 340,000 views in four days.

On September 13th, 2024, YouTuber^[4] Inferno Jae posted a video about Broly Boost, garnering over 340,000 views in three days.
