Bryan Johnson’s "I Injected Botox Into My Penis" Tweet refers to a post made on X / Twitter by Bryan Johnson, a wealthy tech founder seeking to live forever. Johnson has engaged and publicly promoted a series of extreme health protocols to reverse his physical aging process, which made him a frequent topic of discussion on social media in the 2020s. Following his tweet in late January 2024, users deployed screenshots of Johnson's tweet about his botox injection as a reaction image in memes and jokes online.

On January 31st, 2024, Bryan Johnson made a post (seen below) on X in which he listed the supposed benefits of injecting his penis with Botox, receiving over 2,000 likes and over 1,000 reposts in just over 22 hours.^[1]

For example, on January 31st, 2024, X user @nikitabier (seen below, left) used it to describe his response to drinking, earning over 1,500 likes in a day.^[2] That same day, X user @comradeflirty (seen below, right) joked about the phrase by turning it into a rhyme, earning over 140 likes in a day.^[3]
