"Dirty Hoe" is a memorable innuendo from the 2003 film adaptation of Dr. Seuss' The Cat in the Hat.
Origin
In a scene from the 2003 The Cat in the Hat film where the Cat (Mike Myers) scares away the dog Nevins, he calls a gardening tool a "dirty hoe" before saying "I'm sorry, baby, I love you."
