"Don't Try It" is a memorable quote said by Obi-Wan Kenobi in the 2005 film Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith. Online, the scene has been used to create various remix videos and image macros.

Origin

On May 19th, 2005, the film Star Wars: Episode III: Revenge of the Sith was released in the United States. In the film, characters Anakin Skywalker and Obi-Wan Kenobi are in a fight then Anakin Skywalker says "you underestimate my power.", and Obi-Wan replies with "don't try it!" and kills Anakin (scene, shown below).

On July 13th, 2016, YouTuber Gwazi Magnum posted a clip of the quote. The video gained 24,841 views in 4 years (shown below).

In 2019 and 2020, Other YouTubers has been creating remix videos of the quote and making parodies of the quote.

On February 10th, 2019, YouTuber Ash Platt posted a video of Obi-Wan saying the quote but instead he does the opposite and does not kill Anakin. The video has gained over 4.5 million views in 2 years (shown below).
