At one point she also sticks out her tongue. The video gained over 8.9 million views in four days.



On July 26th, 2021, Twitter[2] user @getwellsoongeri posted the earliest known meme with the caption, "me looking at myself on teams before everybody else logs into the meeting," gaining over 3,400 likes and 540 retweets (shown below).

The video continued to spread in the following days before it was picked up by media outlets. On July 26th, 2021, Twitter[3] user @Philip_Ellis posted the video with the caption, "Nobody:, The movie detective’s dead wife in a home video:" gaining over 504,000 likes and 56,000 retweets in two days (shown below).


On July 27th, BuzzFeed[8] posted an article collecting memes from the trend.

On July 27th, Roberts posted a story to her Instagram[5] page consisting of a meme reading "Me going viral after 30," the video, and another caption reading, "THANK YOU GAYS AND WHOEVER ELSE⭐" (shown below, reuploaded to Twitter[4]).
