Estoy Loco (English: "I'm Crazy") refers to a viral TikTok audio and catchphrase posted by Cuban American influencer Nibaldo. The audio was popularized in April 2023, often used in comedy skits about people or animals doing weird behaviors.

On April 1st, 2023, TikToker[1] comedian @spanishforeveryday posted a video saying the phrase in Spanish "Estoy Loco" (English: "I'm Crazy") using the "creepy and simple horror background" soundtrack. The creator, who specializes in posting humorous videos about learning Spanish, garnered 1.5 million plays and 260,000 likes in a month (seen below).

Going into late April 2023, various TikTokers used @spanishforeveryday's TikTok[2] sound for their own videos in which they would show funny moments that sync with the audio's saying "I'm Crazy" in Spanish. For instance, one of the earliest notable instances was uploaded by TikToker[3] @bryandoors on April 11th, 2023, which had text about being grounded with no phones for two hours by a parent. The post (seen below, left) garnered 3.9 million plays and 769,000 likes in a month. Another example, posted on April 30th by TikTok[4] user @grendpated, shows a cartoon animation and the overlay text "My brain going to a different dimension in the middle of the 3rd period." The video (seen below, right) received 3.8 million plays and 1.3 million likes in a week.

Around May 2023, pet owners joined the trend, sharing videos of their animals doing strange things. For instance, on May 4th, 2023, the TikTok[5] creator @ceciliaolmedo0 posted a video of her dog staring at the mirror in a weird way, which garnered her 18 million plays and 4.5 million likes in six days (seen below).
