Shadman Arrested For Assault refers to the crime allegedly committed by Shaddai Prejean, also known online as Shadman, a digital artist and provocateur known for his NSFW art. The arrest was made on October 26th, 2021, with his bail being posted on November 9th, 2021, and the hearing expected to be on November 15th, 2021.

Background

Shadman, who has a reputation online for being a shock media creator, historically did not have much info known about him prior to the arrest, as he always chose to wear a mask with a skull on it in appearances on stream or when drawing himself. This anonymity was removed when rumors began to swirl that Shadman had moved to LA and became addicted to heroin, as alleged by the Twitter[1] post made by user @Arkanism on October 18th, 2021, which earned 1,200 likes in one month (shown below).

Though specifics aren't yet known as to what caused the assault with a deadly weapon charge, most online initially celebrated the news on social media as word began to spread of his arrest in mid-November 2021.

you know I never much cared for whatever questionable fetishes made Shad's rocks hard or his edgy humor I always just scuffed at all that



BUT when tweets like these and those drama-related drawings of his became common from him I knew something was up, it's not like these things on their own are always bad or anything but every time I see someone dedicating a good chunk of their time and effort claiming the moral high ground and making it as public an effort as possible I instantly think they're compensating for the skeletons in their closet. and now here we are, dude's been an unstable druggie for quite some time now and these tweets absolutely happened while he was deep on his own problems

can't say I feel bad for him, he's been an asshat pretending to be better than the average asshat for too long and it finally came biting him on the ass
