On November 16th, 2017, The Daily Mail^[1] published a report stating that they had obtained a police report detailing an alleged sexual assault by Sylvester Stallone and his bodyguard on a 16-year-old female in a Las Vegas, Nevada hotel, while filming Over the Top in July 1986. The female claimed that the bodyguard, Michael 'Mike' De Luca, forced her to perform oral sex on him and was also forced to perform oral sex on Stallone. She was told that if she went public "they would have to beat her head in." During a subsequent interview with police, she stated:

"I’m humiliated and ashamed, but I don’t want to prosecute. I don’t want anybody else to have that happen to them, but I don’t want to prosecute. I cannot talk about this anymore. Please leave me alone.”

The police report had previously been reported on by the Baltimore Post Examiner.^[2]

On November 16th, Stallone's representation gave a statement to Us Weekly magazine denying the accusation.^[3] He said:

"This is a ridiculous, categorically false story. No one was ever aware of this story until it was published today, including Mr. Stallone. At no time was Mr. Stallone ever contacted by authorities or anyone else regarding this matter.”
