Frog Speaking Chinese refers to variations on a 3D animation of Dat Boi speaking Chinese. The video has been edited to feature the frog singing or saying various other phrases.
On May 28th, 2019, YouTube user wavetro uploaded a video of a poorly-animated 3D frog speaking in Chinese, titled "when you stub your toe". The video was originally used as a Dat Boi edit, and it received more than 3.2 million views in four years (shown below).

Starting in the 2020s, the video began inspiring edits. For example, on April 21st, 2021, YouTube user FilFee uploaded a High Quality audio version of the video. It received more than 730,000 views in two years (shown below, left). On March 15th, 2023, YouTube user sharki uploaded wavetro's video with accurate subtitles added. The video received more than 885,000 views in five months (shown below, right).
On March 2nd, 2023, YouTube user Minh uploaded an edit in which the frog sings Bad Apple!!!. The video received more than 168,000 views in six months (shown below, left). On May 21st, 2023, YouTube user smolneso uploaded a Don't You Lecture Me With Your 30 Dollar Haircut edit and received more than 200,000 views in four months (shown below, right).
