About
GLaDOS (an acronym for "Genetic Lifeform and Disk Operating System") is the main antagonist of both of the Portal. She is known for her lines and humor, as well the popular ending theme "Still Alive" sung by her.

Many people around the world admire GLaDOS. So much in fact, that there are apps and videos and games all dedicated to her. She has been made out of legos, has been made a Halloween costume, she even makes an appearance in a little boy's bedroom that was featured on MSN.com recently. More and more people are getting to know her, and sometimes, people even tweet about her while they're playing the game.
