The Hannah, Walter, Teacher TikTok Video is a viral video of a woman named Hannah, presumably a student, violently pounding on a classroom door, screaming and trying to get in the room while a teacher and a student, presumably Walter, try to hold the door closed as she yanks on it. The video was uploaded to TikTok on February 14th, 2023, and went viral shortly after, inspiring memes, speculation and rumors as to what happened between Hannah and Walter that caused the incident and jokes about Hannah's strength.

Origin

On February 14th, 2023, TikToker^[1] @the_frugal_adventurer posted a video that appears to be taken from Snapchat with a banner reading, "To many weird bitches in this world." The video shows a teacher holding onto the handle of a door to try and keep it closed as a woman outside the door, Hannah, pounds on it, pulls on the handle and screams, trying to get the door open. At one point, the teacher asks for help holding the door closed and a student, who many assume is Walter, comes up to help him. The video then cuts to an angle from outside the room, showing Hannah trying to get in. A teacher next to Hannah yells into the room for Walter to "go to her room" and she sends someone else to get a security officer as Hannah continues to try and enter. The video gained over 10 million views in under 24 hours. Little is known about what led up to the incident. The original has been deleted (reupload shown below).

A shorter cut of the video was uploaded prior to this by the same TikToker^[2] on January 29th, 2023, showing only the perspective from Hannah's side of the door, garnering over 1.3 million views in two weeks.

The video went viral in the following days, inspiring meme edits and discussions, including rumors and speculation about what caused the incident. On February 15th, 2023, TikToker^[3] @@jigimaa posted an Open the Noor edit of the video, garnering over 92,000 views in under 10 hours (shown below).

Later that day on February 15th, Twitter^[4] page @DailyLoud shared the video, garnering over 27,000 likes and 2,100 retweets in under a day and asking viewers to "pray for Walter" (shown below). Rumors began to spread about what caused the incident, including claims that Hannah was angry at a student in the classroom, possibly Walter, for cheating on her.^[5][6] Others made jokes about Hannah's perceived strength. Later that day, an article about the video was posted to LouderWithCrowder.com.^[7]
