The Headache Puppy is actually a picture created by an anonymous person, before of the release of the flash game "Happy Wheels", showing that the server became a 500 – Internal Server Error. It happened at most on the website totaljerkface.com in 2011 when every user clicked at the same time to go to the website and became an internal server error. The error showed a dog putting his front paws on his head that shows his headache because he didn't approve to refresh the website. The sentence is: "Headache Puppy does not approve of repetitive refreshing". It does not happen only on totaljerkface.com but in other flash game websites.
