About

"Hey! You Wanna See Something Cool?" is an exploitable meme taken from the trailer to Puss In Boots: The Last Wish. The meme uses a clip from the trailer to show various people or objects attacking the camera, usually as a mild jumpscare.

Origin

The meme comes from the first trailer to Puss In Boots: The Last Wish, which was posted to YouTube on March 15th, 2022. In the trailer (shown below), Puss is fighting a giant by wrapping a church bell around its antlers. Puss gets in the giant's face and says "Hey, you want to see something cool?" before moving aside for the bell to hit it directly in the face and causing it to fall over.

The scene started being used as an exploitable meme two days after the trailer's release.
