About
Horny Satsuki, also known by the line I'm Horny and Can't Concentrate, refers to an NSFW Kill la Kill fan animation in which the character Satsuki Kiryūin requests sexual favors from her subordinate Ira Gamagori. In October 2022, the animation gained virality as the source material for memes after a Squidward edit of it went viral online.
Origin
On June 25th, 2022, animator @suoiresnu tweeted[1] an NSFW fan animation featuring Kill la Kill characters Satsuki Kiryūin and Ira Gamagori. In the animation, Satsuki summons Gamagori and demands that he sexually satisfies her (still image from the video shown below). The animation accumulated over 1.4 million views, 17,600 retweets and 103,800 likes on Twitter in five months.
Gamagori! I'm horny and can't concentrate. You will assist me!
The video had not been used in memes until October 10th, 2022, when YouTuber[2] Ethan's Cartoons posted an edit of the SFW part of the animation in which Gamagori was replaced with Squidward from SpongeBob SquarePants. The edit, which has multiple copies of Squidward appearing and refusing Satsuki, gained over 77,600 views on YouTube in two weeks (shown below).

Spread
On October 12th, 2022, Twitter[3] user @FrostyArcade1 reposted the video, with the post gaining over 320,400 views, 6,100 retweets and 40,400 likes on the website in two weeks. On October 17th, following the viral spread of the Squidward meme, Twitter[4] user @SilverSpringing uploaded a template for the meme. On that day and on October 18th, @SilverSpringing[5] and Twitter[6][7] users @Zeus0751 and @SomeGuyDudeLOL all posted Luigi Ear Rape Scream meme based on the template, with the latter two gaining over 14,800 views and 22,200 views, respectively, in one week.
Starting on October 18th, following yet another viral repost of the Squidward version of the meme,[8] the format achieved virality on Twitter. For example, that day, Twitter[9] user @CUACKOLOMORTIS posted a Mouthman / Binej Yeah version that gained over 37,100 views, 940 retweets and 5,100 likes in one week (shown below).

On October 20th, 2022, Twitter[10] user @JasonTHeArtKid posted a Plants vs. Zombies version of the meme that gained over 38,900 views, 1,000 retweets and 5,400 likes in five days (shown below).
