It was unknows who made the meme first. On October 15th, 2020, YouTuber[1] Silverfox1232 posted a video of an animated picture of Scout pointing at the text and making it look like he is saying it with a voice changer. The video hit 4,631 views in 10 months (shown below).

In late 2020 and early 2021, other YouTubers has been making parodies of the quote. On February 7th, 2021, YouTuber Fedotov posted a animation of getting a notification on his phone but it is trollege and a mysterious creature can be seen running around the house entrance. The video hit 6,785 views in 4 months (shown below).
