It was unknows who made the meme first. On October 15th, 2020, YouTuber^[1] Silverfox1232 posted a video of an animated picture of Scout pointing at the text and making it look like he is saying it with a voice changer. The video hit 4,631 views in 10 months (shown below).

On February 7th, 2021, YouTuber Fedotov posted a animation of getting a notification on his phone but it is trollege and a mysterious creature can be seen running around the house entrance. The video hit 6,785 views in 4 months (shown below).
