I Could Eat A Knob At Night was a phrase used by radio producer Karl Pilkington during an episode of The Ricky Gervais Show released via Podcast on 19 December 2005. The use of the word knob here means penis. This was taken from a conversation about the the reality show, I'm a Celebrity Get Me Out of Here in which one of the contestants ate a kangaroo penis. Karl was questioned whether he could eat one. He said he he could not eat an animal's penis in the morning because he has a delicate stomach but if he had some rice and ate it at night he could do it. Gervais goes on to tell listeners to make a dance remix using the phrase. These were later played on the next episode, referenced in the book The World Of Karl Pilkington and animated for the the 2010 HBO animated series:
