I Like Your Funny Words, Magic Man refers to a clip from an episode of 2002 animated series Clone High in which character JFK responds to character The Pusher who offers to sell him raisins. Starting in September 2020, the clip has been used as a reaction, also spawning an image macro.
Origin
On January 12th, 2003, episode nine "Raisin the Stakes: A Rock Opera in Three Acts" of season one of the animated series Clone High premiered.[1] In one scene of the episode, character Larry Hardcore / The Pusher offers character JFK to buy raisins, which the characters have been smoking as a drug. After hearing The Pusher's pitch, JFK reacts by saying "I like your funny words, magic man!" with his usual accent (scene shown below).
The Pusher: Step into my office. Hold my calls. Sun nuggets. Solar babies. La ova loca. California's finest. All for you to smoke-a!
JFK: I like your funny words, magic man!
The catchphrase did not see use as a meme until on September 9th, following the viral popularity of Clone High memes and memes featuring character JFK in particular, Twitter[2] user @collymmit starter using the clip of JFK saying the phrase as a reaction. Most notably, on that day, @collymitt made a British People joke based on the video that received over 53,300 views, nearly 1000 retweets and 3,600 likes in one month (shown below).

Spread
Starting on the same day, the clip gained significant popularity on Twitter along with other JFK memes, with users using the video for various jokes. For example, on September 9th, 2020, Twitter[3] user @postsynthpink posted another British People joke that received over 970 retweets and 3,800 likes in one month (shown below).

On September 11th, 2020, YouTube[4] user Nolan Householder uploaded the clip of the scene to the platform, where it received over 700,000 views in one month.
Following the viral spread of the clip and its use as a reaction, the scene also gained popularity in the form of an image macro, particularly on Reddit. For example, on September 25th, 2020, Redditor[5] Orshaxxm posted a meme that received over 10,400 upvotes in /r/PrequelMemes in two weeks (shown below, left). On October 3rd, 2020, Redditor[6] Ducktowncentra posted a JoJo's Bizarre Adventure meme that received over 13,500 upvotes in three days (shown below, right).
