On September 28th, 1993, the episode "Mountain Lake Falls" of The Joy of Painting aired in the United States. In the episode, Ross's son Steve Ross hosts and says the line, "I pulled a sneaky on you." On December 3rd, 2016, the video was uploaded to YouTube. The post received more than 5.7 million views in two years (shown below).

They captioned the image, "When someone asks you how you're doing and you don't want to admit you're depressed so you just say 'I'm fine.'" The post received more than 2,100 points (99% upvoted).
