I'm Going To Shit Yourself is a nonsense phrase used in the context of a threat most often associated with a clip of Dr. Samuel Hayden from Doom Eternal saying it while brandishing a crucible sword. The phrase has been used in memes and shitposts as early as August 2020, seeing a significant increase in search interest around July 2021 due to the edit featuring Samuel Hayden.
Origin
The phrase "I'm going to shit yourself" has no sensible meaning intentionally, and is meant to be used in shitposts. One of the earliest public memes to use the phrase was uploaded by Instagram[1] user @pensivemoji on August 30th, 2020, garnering over 1,600 likes in 11 months (shown below).
Spread
The phrase continued to appear in memes occasionally over the course of the next year. For example, on September 14th, 2020, Instagram[4] user @cyrakek_ posted an image macro featuring Markiplier on the body of Kingpin from Spider-man: Into The Spiderverse, garnering over 16,000 likes in 10 months (shown below).
On May 9th, 2021, YouTuber[2] Max0r posted a video about Doom: Eternal. At the 0:09 second mark, an edit of the character Dr. Samuel Hayden saying "I'm going to shit yourself" using spliced-together words and brandishing a sword plays. The video gained over a million views in two months. On May 14th, YouTuber[3] SlavCabbag posted an isolated version of the clip, garnering over 2.3 million views in a comparable span of time (shown below).
