About
It's All Over Because of a Little Doo Doo refers to a well-known Tumblr post in which user theyoungdaddy, who was in a Daddy/Dom relationship with user princesscumkitty, lamented the fact she had left him because he apparently had "made her eat the doo doo," ending the post with the title line. After appearing online in 2014, it was widely reposted and spread as a copypasta over the following years.
Origin
At some point before October 12th, 2014, Tumblr user princesscumkitty[1] posted an image of the youngdaddy cutting her French toast. He confirmed it was him in a reblog of the post in which he said he would cut her food unless she wanted to be a "big girl" (shown below).
The post gained over 196,000 notes in nine years, largely because on October 12th, 2014, theyoungdaddy uploaded his Tumblr blog with a short message lamenting his girlfriend leaving him, apparently because he "made" her eat "doo doo." The post ends with "It's all over because of a little doo doo" (shown below). The original post[4] gained over 30,000 notes before it was deleted. A screenshot of the post was added to the original thread by theamazingindi, also deleted.
Spread
The post was remembered and reposted for years after it was initially posted on Tumblr, later spreading to other social media platforms. For example, on January 17th, 2020, TikTok user scaryosity posted a reading of the thread, gaining over 8,800 likes in nearly four years (shown below).
@scaryosity all because of a little doodoo.
On March 13th, 2022, screenshots of the post were added to Reddit's /r/sadcringe,[3] gaining over 15,000 points in 18 months. On October 28th, 2022, Twitter user @CalumDotExe[2] reposted screenshots from the incident, comparing Tumblr's "main characters" favorably to Twitter's main characters, gaining over 3,100 retweets and 24,000 likes in one year (shown below).
