Labor Dabor is a live-action short from Homestar Runner which is often posted on Labor Day in the United States. The short has led to several fan works, including fan art and videos.
Origin
The video short was first posted to the Homestar Runner website on September 6th, 2004.[1] In the short, The Cheat is in the middle of making a cartoon when Homestar Runner and Frank Bennedetto of the Homestarmy interrupt him and tell him that they're making sure that nobody or their brother is working on Labor Day. Then, Homestar and the Cheat say "Todaybor Day Is Labor Day" with a large banner saying the same over them. In the middle of this, Frank Bennedetto appears and starts spewing popped popcorn all over the room, to which Homestar and The Cheat start eating. The short was later reposted to the Homestar Runner YouTube channel (shown below) on September 4th, 2017,[2] where it received over 336,000 views in seven years.
