Lil Baby Oral Sex Tape Leak, also known as Lil Baby Head Video, refers to a viral video supposedly showing the rapper Lil Baby performing male-on-male oral sex on a video posted to Instagram in late October 2023. While many, including fans of Lil Baby, dispute whether the video shows him or not, reactions online about Lil Baby in the wake of the video were numerous in the days after it leaked. Following its spread online, Lil Baby made a public statement refuting rumors that it was him in the video.
Origin
On October 22nd, 2023, the Instagram account @Hoodfight_Official uploaded the viral video, captioning it as "Not lil baby getting wild" to Reels. This clip was quickly taken down but reuploads of it spread rapidly across Twitter, Instagram and TikTok over the following hours. Later that night, TikToker ivangtv[1] uploaded a breakdown of the video and the claims that it was supposedly Lil Baby, with various commenters claiming that it's not him, either by purporting it to be another person or an AI deepfake (shown below).

Reactions to the video started to spread as the video itself was widely reposted, with many different people posting their reactions without context, leading to others asking what happened and looking up the initial clip. For example, on October 23rd, 2023, X user @Shirt_Ish[2] uploaded an old anti-bullying ad in which several people are screaming at the camera about being gay, captioning it as the reaction other rappers are having about Lil Baby, earning over 250,000 views in four hours (shown below).

Speculation into who the person receiving the oral sex from the unidentified individual resembling Lil Baby also began immediately, with several different people being named as potential receivers. For example, on October 23rd, 2023, X user @Shirt_ish[3] uploaded a Kevin James Smirking photo with the caption indicating that he believes the person is James Harden, earning over 107,000 views in two hours (shown below).
Lil Baby's Response
On October 23rd, 2023, Lil Baby took to Instagram[4] and posted his response to the allegations. In his post, in which he claims that people who are bored are attacking him for clout, he claims to have "no mystery in his history" and that he won't say anything else about this or other "clickbait." His response further fueled the spread and discourse, however, as people immediately began to pick apart his post and speculate that he was not outright denying the allegations, so they might still be true (shown below).
