On September 7th, 2021, Nick Jr. posted a video featuring Steve Burns in character as Steve from Blues Clue's addressing his now-grown-up fans (shown below). In the video, he discussed how leaving the show for "college" allowed him to accomplish things he wanted to do in his life. He then told the audience, "Look at all you have done and all you have accomplished!"

On September 8th, user @Reflog_18^[1] replied to the video with screenshots of the quote along with an image of a man sitting in a mess captioned "Hell yeah, Steve!" The post gained over 3,500 retweets and 27,000 likes (shown below).
