Mack Falls Asleep refers to scene from 2006 Pixar film Cars showing character Mack who almost falls asleep on the highway while four cars approaching and annoyed him. The scene gained popular in July 2026 with people using it as nostalgia bait content when someone doing something then suddenly distracted by it.

Origin

On October 1st, 2020, the Disney Jr. official YouTube^[1] channel uploaded scene from 2006 Pixar film Cars . In the scene, Mack almost fall asleep on the highway because Lightning McQueen didn't give him a chance to take a rest. Meanwhile four modified cars approaching him and started to annoy him like playing sleeping song. The video received more than 30 million views in six years.

On January 22nd, 2023, YouTube^[2] user MorphyKid uploaded the upscaled version of the scene by using AI. The video received more than 2,2 million views in three years.
