Little Lightning McQueen Fan Yelling also known as Lightning McQueen's Biggest Fan Cheering or the Lightning McQueen TikTok Trend refers to a viral video edit from Cars 3 combining two scenes where a young Lightning McQueen fan, Maddy McGear, screams McQueen's name while he races around the track. In memes, the scene is used alongside wholesome captions about enthusiastically supporting a friend, sibling, partner, etc. The memes became popularized as a TikTok trend in the first quarter of 2023.
Origin
On June 27th, 2021, YouTuber[1] benjamin darden uploaded a video where he shows both scenes of Maddy McGear, Lightning McQueen's biggest fan, cheering him on from the crowd during a race from Cars 3. On January 23rd, 2023, TikToker[2] @elyssapulizzi18 posted a video using both clips of the fan yelling McQueen's name, captioned, "POV: me watching him achieve his goals," garnering over 6.4 million views in two months (shown below).

The meme spread over the following weeks as TikTokers attached new, wholesome captions to the clip. On January 30th, 2023, TikToker[3] @schandona.redman posted a version of the meme, garnering over 4.4 million views in just over a month (shown below, left). On February 28th, TikToker[4] @alixcassity posted a version of the meme that garnered over 338,000 views in a week (shown below, right).

The meme became increasingly popular in March 2023. On March 1st, TikToker[5] @georgiarosecurves posted a video using the format, garnering over 14 million views in a week (shown below, left). On March 4th, TikToker[6] @caughtavibecreations posted a version of the meme, garnering over 2.3 million views in four days (shown below, right). On March 8th, a Redditor asked /r/OutoftheLoop[7] about the meme.
