This meme stems from the UK Nintendo Direct announcement of "The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess HD".
Satoru Shibata (President of Nintendo of Europe) announced the game in this Direct and pronounced the game's release date in Engrish.

This recording was later used in YTPs until it became a meme.
The meme itself has become very notable among Nintendo fans (partly due to the notability of the game it originates from) and appeared in multiple videos, including "Satoru Shibata's MARCH 4TH 2016 Special" (below), "March 4th 2018", "Nintendo S*itlight 2017"
