As someone who's seen the film, its premise can be summed up as follows:

A crotchety old billionaire is dying, and Death has come to reap his soul. However, he decides to make an arrangement with the guy, in which he'll prolong his life for a little while longer in exchange for being given a tour of life among the living. To do this, the possesses the corpse of a freshly-dead man-- the man you see in these videos-- shortly before meeting with the billionaire. Along the way, Death falls in love with the billionaire's hot daughter, who was also infatuated with the dead man he's currently possessing.

The movie got mixed reviews from critics, but I personally thought it was pretty well-done.
