Oliver Swanick is a character from Fallout: New Vegas, who is most known for his catchphrase "Yeah! Who Won The Lottery? I Did!". The character has been used in several fan videos, fanart, and memes.

Origin

Oliver Swanick can be found in Fallout: New Vegas, which released on October 19th, 2010, in the town of Nipton. He is a former Powder Ganger who won a lottery which spared him from being executed by Caesar's Legion when they captured the town, and was set free. Upon meeting the Courier when they arrive in Nipton, he says "Yeah! Who won the lottery? I did!" (scene shown below). Afterwards, he will usually run towards an area that is heavily populated with radscorpions who chase and kill Oliver.
