Improv Everywhere (or IE, for short) is a group of New York City-based pranksters who cause scenes of chaos and joy in public places. It was founded in 2001 by Charlie Todd, who lived in New York. It is known as a flash-mob type of group who pull collaborated stunts of outrageous and silly acts, such as their 'No Pants' subway ride.
