Jack Scalfani is an American online cook and YouTuber who became notorious for his poor-quality foods, which attracted attention online and inspired a variety of reaction videos.

Online History

Jack created his YouTube channel in 2006. His first video was called "How to Cut a Pineapple", and his most popular video is "Tips & Tricks #1 – Poor Man's Filet Mignon".

Jack eventually gained notoriety online on places such as Kiwifarms and 4chan's board /ck/ where he gained the nickname Ja/ck/ or DSP of Cooking. His videos also attracted reactions by Youtubers such as August the Duck.

Jack's Most infamous dish is Aunt Myrna's party cheese salad, which consists of various ingredients such as Jello, pineapple, cream cheese, bell pepper, celery, nuts and cheese mixed together and poured into a glass tray.

He is also notorious for often undercooking his meat, as shown in videos below.

Jack's health has been getting worse over the years and after multiple strokes he has ended up with a paralyzed right arm despite claiming to be on a keto diet.
