Mizuki, real name Mizuki Kaminade, is a Japanese professional wrestler known for her signature wrestling moves. Kaminade is currently signed to Tokyo Joshi Pro Wrestling where she is the current Princess of Princess Champion. Online, Mizuki has spawned a global fandom since her debut in December 2012, creating fan art, memes, clips and images of her doing special wrestling moves.

Career

On December 29th, 2012, Mizuki Kaminade made her debut as a professional wrestler for LLPW-X teaming with Saki losing to Shinobu Kandori and Takako Inoue.[1] The wrestler's officially debuted at Tokyo Joshi Pro Wrestling (TJPW) on April 8th, 2017, where she defeated Maki Ito.[2]

On December 13th, 2022, the official YouTube[3] TJPW channel uploaded a video celebrating Mizuki's 10th-anniversary debut in wrestling (seen below), which amassed more than 77,000 views and 2,100 likes in two years.

Online Presence

Mizuki has garnered an expressive fanbase ever since her debut at Tokyo Joshi Pro Wrestling, spawning viral clips showing her signature moves, fan art and memes, among other viral content.

For example, on November 12th, 2023, YouTube[4] user @LFCrxzado posted a video of Mizuki hitting her opponent with the "Whirling Candy" move (seen below), which garnered roughly 15,000 views and 300 likes in a year.

On October 6th, 2024, X[5] user @aqter1569 posted a picture of Mizuki hitting a panda costume opponent with a plastic sledgehammer (seen below), which amassed over 107,000 likes and 16,000 reposts in three days.

On June 19th, 2024, TikTok[6] user @naxsc posted a "Mizuki core" video (seen below), which received roughly 15,000 likes in five months.
