About
The Quarantine Crew is a TikTok house comprised of former Bachelorette stars Tyler Cameron and Hannah Brown as well as Ryan Cameron, Matt James, Jacob Laham, Kate Dooley, Olivia Farria and Matt Hayball. The house was formed due to the need to quarantine during the March 2020 coronavirus pandemic in Juniper, Florida. The group of friends frequently upload short vlogs and participate in TikTok trends.
Online History
On March 17th, 2020, The Quarantine Crew uploaded their first TikTok which garnered over 217,300 likes in a month (shown below, left). On March 19th, The Quarantine Crew uploaded a flip the switch video with the caption, "BREAKING: Tyler finally got into Hannah’s pants' referencing the twos former relationship on The Bachelorette (shown below, right). The video gained over 113,000 likes in 21 days.

On Mach 19th, The Quarantine Crew uploaded their first Instagram post which received over 63,800 likes in 21 days (shown below).
On March 20th, The Quarantine Crew uploaded a TikTok about each member's personality (shown below, left) and on March 26th, they uploaded a video in which they challenge the hype house to a dance off (shown below, right).

On April 8th, New York Times reporter and Twitter user @TaylorLorenz tweeted "'The Quarantine Crew' is a group of 9 TikTokers that quarantining together in a big house in Florida. They have amassed half a million followers in 2 weeks by posting relatable quarantine content, jokes, and challenges. They also have 340k on insta." (shown below). The tweet gained over 120 likes and countless comments crediting the crew's popularity to Brown and Cameron's former Bachelorette involvement. StayHipp,[3] People[5] and Bustle[4] published articles on the Quarantine Crew.
Personal Life
In May 2019, the 15th season of _The Bachelorette aired. Hannah Brown let Tyler Cameron go during the season but the two remained friends. In March 2020, Cameron's mother died so Brown came to visit and ended up staying due to the coronavirus outbreak and, in April, Hannah went back to Alabama to stay with her family leaving the Quarantine Crew.
