The photograph (shown below), captioned "It’s always Croissant O’Clock in Paris 🤙🏾", garnered over 29.4 million views, 8,100 reposts and 46,000 likes on X^[1] in two weeks.

Immediately following the post, the photograph and its cropped versions became a subject of jokes and object-labeling memes due to it visually resembling oral sex.
