Rudy Giuliani Sexual Abuse Lawsuit Transcripts refer to transcriptions of various audio logs documenting statements made by former New York City mayor and former lawyer to Donald Trump Rudy Giuliani that were released as part of an ongoing lawsuit filed by Noelle Dunphy accusing Giuliani of alleged rape and sexual abuse. The transcripts included homophobic slurs, racial statements and a transcript of sexual talk from Giuliani to Dunphy, including him telling Dunphy, "I Want to Claim My Tits." After appearing in news coverage in early August 2023, the statements were found to be extremely amusing to many social media users, leading to jokes and memes about several of the quotes.

Origin

On August 2nd, 2023, Insider[1] reported on audio transcripts from an ongoing lawsuit filed by Noelle Dunphy against Rudy Giuliani accusing him of alleged rape and sexual abuse. These transcripts included sexual talk from Giuliani, a racial statement about Jewish people's genitalia and an accusation that actor Matt Damon was gay, including a homophobic slur. The full transcripts are available on Documentcloud.[2]

Screenshots of the transcripts made their way to Twitter later that day. Twitter user @seth_hattena[3] posted two of the more popular transcripts on August 2nd, one of Giuliani theorizing on why Jewish men supposedly have smaller penises than Italian men and another of his dirty talk to Dunphy, which included the phrase "I want to claim my tits" (shown below).

The transcripts greatly amused social media users, as many commented on their bizarre nature. For example, on August 2nd, 2023, Twitter user @ashleyfeinberg[4] joked she thought the transcripts were a photoshopped "very good joke" before she knew they were real, gaining over 40 retweets and 480 likes in just over an hour. The same day, user @neontaster[5] facetiously joked that the dirty talk transcript could be read in "several innocent ways," gaining over 130 likes in two hours (shown below, right).

In particular, "I want to claim my tits" became a widely joked about and repeated catchphrase from the transcript. For example, on August 2nd, 2023, user @elwoodan[6] joked "I want to claim my tits" could be said "when gender affirming surgery is included in universal healthcare," gaining over 320 likes in one day (shown below, left). The same day, user @B_ntzBurgh[7] joked he would try the line on his girlfriend that evening (shown below, right).

It’s quite amazing seeing the nose-dive his career has taken since hitching his wagon to the Orange Man.
I saw him in a docu about the mafia’s downfall in NY, he looked like a level-headed rational being. Now we just get one embarassing moment after another.
