The two creators Denver and Dez started with a pun mashup of Weekend at Bernie's and Dio called Weekend at Ronnie's,, and started passing the meme back and forth, each time adding something to it before passing it back and posting it to the oc meme group on Facebook called UNSANCTIONED. Within that community of memers, Scan'kryawnnie is considered the worst meme ever.
