The last time anybody gave a shit about anon hate was over a decade ago now. No amount of pointing fingers and saying 'OoooOooOoo he did DA BAD POLITICS' is going to do anything at this point.

In fact, it has, if anything, had the opposite effect, ensuring that anybody in any kind of position of power has as their first prerequisite "either complete disregard or active appreciation for 'haters'." That's how you get dumb shit statements like 'If you're meeting opposition you must be doing something right!'

So you hate him. He doesn't care. We don't care. Unless you've got a better draw card to act on it than 'being irritating online', nobody cares except the equally useless people who share your exact opinion.

I'm hereby revoking our rights to make fun of medieval Europeans putting people on trial for blasphemy over the most pedantic and ridiculous shit. Modern society is spiraling into the exact same standards of rigid ideological purity and it's become so exhausting. How is this newsworthy? Some guy who made a movie you like, liked some tweets that you don't? Welcome to the fucking species, people have different views than you do. Jesus Christ.
