Back in 2005, Ian Hecox and Anthony Padilla filmed a video using a webcam set to the Mortal Kombat theme song. It became a hit almost overnight and today has over 14 million views.

The two have since gone on to some internet notoriety as their channel "Smosh" on youtube was the most subscribed to channel from 2005-2008. They now have a website which functions much the same as the youtube channel, posting utterly ridiculous videos.
