Then You Can Have IndyRef2 refers to a line that was iterated by Scottish Conservative leader Ruth Davidson in an interview with the BBC on what circumstances would need to happen for a second Scottish independence referendum to be held.
The interview has went on to receive criticism and spawned an online social game.
Origin
On June 13th, the BBC interviewed Ruth Davidson, the leader of the Scottish Conservative Party. The interviewee, Glenn Campbell asked Ruth Davidson what would need to happen for a second independence referendum to take place.

In response to the question, Ruth Davidson stated that the SNP would have to win an outright majority for a second independence referendum to be held.
Reaction
After the interview was released, it gained a considerable amount of criticism from Twitter users.

The IndyRef Game or also known as Then You Can Have IndyRef2 refers to a social game that originated from Twitter in response to Ruth Davidson's comments.
The first instance of the game was posted by Eddie Mcdonald. (see below)
