Typhlosion Game Freak Leaks, also known as Typhlosion Lore Leak Story, refers to memes and jokes about Typhlosion, a fire-type Gen II Pokémon. After the Game Freak Gigaleak in mid-October 2024 revealed an unreleased Pokémon lore story about a Typhlosion kidnapping a young girl and making her give birth to a half-human, half-Pokémon hybrid, internet users began posting memes and jokes about how Typhlosion is "Not Like Us" (among other memetic content), and how the meme trend surrounding him resembles memes about Vaporeon like the character's infamous copypasta.

Typhlosion debuted in the 1999 Gen II Pokémon Gold and Silver video game, with a dual fire/ghost version from the Hisui region debuting in Pokemon Legends: Arceus.

On October 13th, 2024, leaks from Game Freak, the company behind Pokémon, showed an internal document containing unreleased lore about Typhlosion, including a story in which he supposedly kidnaps a young girl and makes her give birth to a Pokémon-human hybrid.

The X[1] account @GireumNewTown posted a copy of the leaked document on October 13th, 2024, gathering over 50,000 likes in a day.

okay reading the story fully and slowly. I can see what there going for. a folklore story with a tragedy element with folklore explanation of the world working, like how typhlosion can stand on 2 legs. doing how the ancient do folk tale. but man the story makes this typhlosion look like a groomer and the fact the girl is looking young to the point of being pretty under age

I think this show the values dissonance of ancient folk tales and applying to a childern/all ages game makes the values dissonance stuff more noticeable. Again if the main pokemon games were t rated or higher(like fire emblem or megmai tensei) these stories would be fine to add. I mean it makes the world of pokemon feel more real to atleast. However pokemon is e to e10+, so I can image the team going "yeah that an interesting story, but the story clealy state pokemon and humans had sex and let not put in there". I mean octillery story alludes to "the dream of a Fishman's wife" painting.
