Viva La Vida by Cosplay or Viva La Viva by Cosplay is a series of memes based on a viral video of Twitch streamer Kai Cenat saying during an interview that he would describe his current outfit with the song "Viva La Vidia" by "cosplay," intending to mean "Viva La Vida" by Coldplay. The interview was uploaded by TikToker @deeswishnyc in October 2024 and resurfaced in January 2026 amid the virality of the Performative Kai Cenat memes, inspiring edits and memes online.

Origin

On October 16th, 2024, TikToker^[2] @deeswishnyc posted a video interviewing Kai Cenat on the street about his outfit. At one point, he asks Cenat to describe his outfit with a song. Cenat says, "Viva la Vidia" by "cosplay," then corrects himself and says "Viva La Vida" by Coldplay. He then asks the interviewer if he knows Coldplay and says that they have some bangers. The video gained over 2.9 million views in just over a year.

On January 5th, 2026, TikToker^[2] @ejbowazppgr reposted the clip with an added caption reading, "Ngas try to be different so bad," garnering over 3.4 million views in about three weeks.
