About
Why Do You Act Like That?, continued Like What?, refers to a viral video of Blac Chyna's mother Tokyo Toni arguing with her, asking her why she "acts like that" to which Chyna responds "Like what?," followed by Toni continuing to criticize Chyna's attitude. The clip originates from the 2019 pilot episode of Chyna's reality series The Real Blac Chyna. Its audio went viral on TikTok in late 2021 in lip-dub skits and videos.
Origin
On July 14th, 2019, the first episode of The Real Blac Chyna aired on the Zeus Network. At around the 26:00 mark in the episode, Chyna has her mother Tokyo Toni over to hash out their past disagreements, of which they've allegedly had many, according to Chyna. The plan backfires and Toni attempts to storm out. She is convinced to sit down with Chyna after they calm down. Toni then walks into the room and says "That shit pissed me off for real. Why do you act like that?" Chyna responds, "Like what?" And Toni says, "The way that you act. You don't — you don't see how you act? Why people don't want to be around you? Look how you act!" The full episode was uploaded to YouTube[1] on September 1st of that year, gaining over 5.5 million views in two years (shown below).
Spread
On April 6th, 2021, TikToker[3] @jordankeeling posted a lip-dub skit set to the audio from the clip joking about the way their mother changes their voice on the phone, gaining over 500,000 views in seven months (shown below).

An isolated clip from the episode was uploaded to YouTube[2] on June 22nd, 2021, gaining over 239,000 views in five months. Many of the videos are lip-dub skits about people acting unacceptably but being oblivious to it, including TikTok[4][5] videos posted on July 27th and 29th, gaining over 12.4 and 14.6 million views respectively in four months (shown below, left and right). These are the two highest engagement videos using the sound as of November 30th, 2021.
