The clip was uploaded to YouTube in May 2021 and was uploaded to TikTok as an original sound in March 2022, going viral that month in skits and sparking a trend where users upload videos of men acting inappropriately towards women in public over the sound.

Origin

On April 30th, 2021, YouTuber^[1] Ioane Kachibaidze uploaded a video titled "your little pussy belongs to me" where a man with dark hair says to the camera, "Your little pussy belongs to me and you're gonna learn to do what I fucking tell you to do," gaining over 111,000 views in 11 months (shown below). It is unknown where the video comes from, with some speculating that it's a video of a predator that was sent to a "predator poacher" creator who baits predators by pretending to be a minor. This, however, is speculation.

YouTuber Stimpee, known for his Rust videos, is known to use the audio as a sound effect.^[5] On March 1st, 2022, TikToker^[2] @taker.of.cheeks posted a skit about sitting next "the weird couple" in class using the audio, gaining over 1.1 million views in a month (shown below).

The original sound became popular over the course of the month, inspiring over 11,000 videos by April 1st. On March 8th, TikToker^[3] @raytheloser posted a video where he covertly records a man DMing a girl using slang like "kitten" using the audio, gaining over 4.4 million views in a month (shown below, left). On March 21st, TikToker^[4] @eliseo.101 posted a video covertly recording a public display of affection in the school's lunch room, gaining over 2.8 million views in roughly two weeks (shown below, right).

On March 22nd, TikToker^[6] @reicetoe posted a video where a man films a woman running on the treadmill from behind without her knowledge using the audio, gaining over 8.8 million views in a week (shown below).
