About
A Zinc Supplement is a supplement, often taken in pill form, that gives the user their recommended dose of zinc, which is meant to help with immune function and overall health. As a meme, zinc supplements are often implied to help men produce more sperm when climaxing. In some memes, zinc supplements are also paired with selenium and L-arginine. Memes about zinc increasing sperm production started appearing online as early as April 2022 and grew increasingly popularized throughout 2025.
Origin
According to research, zinc can help increase sperm production and quality.[1]

Will be adding soya lacithin granules when they arrive as the store didn't have any. I'll update in a week to see if this shit really works," garnering over 1,100 smiles in three years.
