George Santos, a New York State congressman best known for brazen lies and scandals, appears to have finally been caught in a scandal so inescapable that he will voluntarily end his political career.

Santos was charged in May with 13 counts of fraud, including misuse of campaign funds. A report by the House Ethics Committee found just what those campaign funds were being used for, including but not limited to purchases at Hermes, Sephora and OnlyFans. The full report can be read here.

In a lengthy complaint about the report, Santos tweeted his dissatisfaction with the House Ethics Committee but more importantly announced he will not seek reelection in 2024.

It's perhaps a fitting end for Santos, as the congressman was plagued with scandals since well before he entered Congress, and they have not abated during his term.

Nevertheless, many social media users found it amusing that his apparent penchant for OnlyFans, makeup brand Sephora and luxury clothing brand Hermes brought him down.

Adding to the proverbial dancing on Santos' political grave, OnlyFans creator Leila Lewis alleged that Santos was subscribed to her and that she once "rated" his genitalia.
