Jolyne Cujoh and part 6 stone ocean

Rejoice, JoJo's Bizarre Adventure fans: after nearly two years since Golden Wind finished airing, it has been confirmed that Stone Ocean, the next part of one of the popular manga series created by Hirohiko Araki, is getting an anime adaptation.

On Sunday, a teaser for the much-anticipated part six of the series premiered during a livestream event, with actress Ai Fairouz confirmed as the voice of Jolyne Cujoh.

The official premiere date for the new series, which are set in 2011 and tell the story of Jolyne Cujoh, daughter of Part III protagonist Jotaro Cujo, has not yet been set.

Ai Fairouz, who voiced Emily Orange in Kandagawa Jet Girls and Eipiyo in If My Favorite Pop Idol Made It to the Budokan, I Would Die said that she has been a huge fan of the series.

I cannot live without 'JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure' series and it is also what aspired me to take voice acting as a profession. I cried so much as it was literally the moment my dream came true, which I have chased over for 12 years. I love and admire Jolyne as a character and her beautiful, strong nature gave me strength especially during my student years, so I am really grateful for the opportunity to voice Jolyne.

David Production produced all five released parts of the anime adaptation of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, with the first arc, Phantom Blood having premiered in 2012. The long-running manga series created by Hirohiko Araki began in 1986 and is still ongoing, currently in its 8th major arc, JoJolion.
