Last night, a roof leak midgame at the American Airlines Stadium in Dallas, Texas seemed to upset Mavericks basketball team owner Mark Cuban, whose angry facial expression proved to be the perfect fodder for memes.

As the billionaire owner of the NBA team scowled, maintenance teams worked on installing a tarp, which some called a “diaper,” underneath the leak so that the game could continue. Many memes humorously speculated that Cuban was in the middle of considering who he would fire for the leak.

This is the second leak at American Airlines stadium this season, and many called out Cuban for purportedly skimping on maintenance. Undoubtedly, there appears to be a problem with the ceiling of the stadium.

Some conspiracy-minded fans on platforms like Twitter suggested that Cuban may have set up the leak in order to prevent the Mavericks from losing, but this speculation remains unconfirmed and could just as likely be a little trolling. The Mavericks were, in fact, winning at the time of the leak.

In other news, it seems that Cuban has managed to quash his beef with rapper Lil Wayne after a dispute at the same stadium escalated into a profane Twitter fight last week. Footage from a few days ago (and before the leak) seemed to show the two conversing during a game and making up.
