Winnie the Pooh tries eating a mysterious gray substance much to Tigger's shock, as it turns out that the substance in question was grey goo. Pooh Bear immediately mutates into a gigantic fleshy cyberorganic abomination (actually Cartman from the South Park episode "Trapper Keeper" with bear snout added and hat removed) while the "Mutation" theme from Akira plays.
